Mithya is different and like a breath of fresh air from the word go. I have always been grumbling that Ranvir Shorey's roles in Pyar ke Side Effects, Traffic Signal and Bheja Fry have been too short.
Well, here Ranvir Shorey with a meaty, complex role, blows you away with every scene :be it his scene rehearsal in his dingy room, his body language during the shoot out at marine drive, his conversations with his kidnappers on the boat and on the breakfast table, his chemistry with Neha Dhupia.... and his expressions when he begins to believe that he indeed is the DON.
The first half is complete fun, while the second half gets serious.
Go watch it.... 4 stars.
P.S. Ranvir Shorey's death scene is outstanding.
